The VolkerRail team found it difficult to find the time to get off-site to visit their local CEF branch for trade days and product demos.
At the same time, they needed to explore new tools and solutions that could improve efficiency on site. With tight deadlines and ongoing project demands, there was little room to step away from the job to research or trial new equipment.
The solution
Working closely with Milwaukee’s JSS team, the Industry & Rail team at CEF National Accounts brought the solution directly to site.
A dedicated demo day was set up at VolkerRail, giving the team hands-on access to a wide range of tools without disrupting their schedule. Milwaukee representatives worked alongside the team throughout the morning, helping assess current tools and understand the challenges they were facing.
This approach gave VolkerRail access to the full range of suitable tools and the knowledge needed to make informed decisions about their setup.

With direct support from CEF and Milwaukee, they selected the tools best suited to their project, received a quote within days and placed an order ready for next-day delivery.
